Sasha is the founder and CEO of Meta Viable Solutions LLC. She is an accomplished leader, strategic partner, mentor and author who has worked to both align and drive businesses and their people towards successful outcomes. She has over 25 years expertise in providing strategic, operational and cultural makeovers within companies.
Sasha focuses on strategic transformation, change management and turnaround management. She emphasizes the importance of planning, alignment, process, due diligence, collaboration, higher performance, leadership, cross-functional operations, communication and implementation.
Sasha’s portfolio includes both national and global companies.Companies include start-ups, small to midsize businesses, pharmaceuticals, Fortune 500, Corporate, global and government to name a few.
Sasha holds globally recognized certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP certified), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Modern Day ClassroomTrainer (MCCT) and Community Health.
She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Tufts University and Masters of Public Administration at New York University (NYU). She was recently awarded 2023 Most Influential Industry Leader by L.A. Style Magazine.

Marc is a partner at OGC Solutions, a multi-service law firm specializing in outsourced virtual legal department services as well as the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Next Point Ventures, LLC. Marc brings significant experience as a General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Chief Operating Officer assisting companies with myriad legal and business issues. Marc is a hybrid businessman and lawyer which gives him strategic insight into buying and selling businesses. He specializes in mergers and acquisitions, government contracting, technology, engineering and software development, risk management, employment law, and strategic consulting as well as general corporate matters.
Marc’s been around every aspect of mergers and acquisitions from the beginning of his legal career in 1998, from the identification of target companies to buying, selling, and integrating those entities. He’s worked with private and public companies and is a managing partner in a private equity firm, Wellbridge Capital Partners.
Marc’s experience as an operator and a lawyer for an international engineering and IT services firm specializing in services to the US Government was extensive. He shepherded significant growth and infrastructure development while mitigating risk across a diverse business model.
Marc received his Bachelor’s degree cum laude in Political Science and Policy and Management Studies from Dickinson College and his Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers University School of Law. He has been admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey since 1997.

Tina’s financial expertise spans over 25 years, working in a diverse set of companies including corporate, small and mid-size businesses. As a M&A financial consultant, she brings versatile experience and tremendous insight to clients.
Tina began her corporate accounting career in publicly traded companies working on SOX compliance, audits, SEC reporting, and analytics to support company strategies. She then started TSL Partners as a consulting business for early stage SaaS startups. Tina helped build internal infrastructure to automate the order to cash process for scalability and reporting decks with key SaaS performance indicators.
Tina has extensive experience in M&A transactions, and has contributed to successful closings on several exits on both the buy and sell side. She currently focuses on small businesses- providing accurate bookkeeping, financial reporting, and the strategic guidance to help business owners reach their goals.
She ensures every client receives a stacked skillset up to Controller or CFO level experience. Clients experience well-informed financial analysis, and a growth in profits and owner wealth with her practical, actionable, and candid guidance.

Anthony is a seasoned CPA, licensed in both New Jersey and Florida, with over 13 years of experience in accounting and tax services. As a financial advisor, Anthony specializes in providing Fractional CFO services to small businesses. He helps business owners analyze their financials, boost profits, improve cash flow, and make strategic decisions that drive growth and sustainability. Anthony also offers strategic advice on evaluating the financial aspects of business acquisitions, ensuring clients make informed, confident investments.
He aims to deliver financial clarity, strategic insight, and actionable recommendations, designed to support business owners. He ensures our clients make well-informed decisions and maximize the value of their transactions. On the buy-side, he assists buyers by conducting a thorough financial analysis to assess the financial health and long-term viability of potential acquisitions.
Post-acquisition, he offers ongoing CFO advisory services to help buyers integrate their new
acquisition, establish financial discipline, and drive growth. Services include cash flow projections, strategic planning, KPI tracking, accounting oversight, and tax planning. This is great for new entrepreneurs who do not have experience running a business.
On the sell-side, he supports the preparation to sell their businesses and optimize company
value before entering the market. Through value enhancement, he helps businesses identify areas where they can improve and focus on the factors that buyers value most. He also works with the team to provide financial advisory to future sellers. By working with business owners planning to sell in the coming years, he is able to build a narrative that demonstrates the business’s resilience and growth potential.
